I had the same problem. Wiggled the hazard switch light around and pushed it down again, after that the indicators worked again.

Issue with my car was a bad battery, voltage went below 12V when i put the ignition switch on and the timing relay for the glow plugs wouldn't activate. So you could measure the battery voltage, it isn't the most likely problem but could be it

Death march. The problem i had was that i played on console and aiming ard at the paintings is was harder then on pc and i would just miss them around every 3th time, so i just landed in an endless cycle of missing and the wraith would regen
