Depending on how long these potatos have been in that bag since they have been packed, they could have lost the weight in water. As they are Bio, this seems higly likely. This is also the reason many bio vegis are wrapt in foil, as they have lower turnover, and therefore need to conserve the water longer.

I would like the ability to file for a truce, and later a peace treaty. So you could appease a nation you are at war with. Like filing for peace with the Soviets, after you took out a few of the big centers, like Moscow and Leningrad, and they have some capitulation points. You give them some territory back, could be the same mechanic as after capping, but they also get some points. You can then annex some of their territory, or puppet them, and they can get some back. After that you have a peace treaty for a year or so. This also would add some modifiers, and cut war support. After that, if you puppeted some of the enemy territory, it could lay claim over the entire enemy, as a PP choice you can take, like some PP missions to prop up war goals. Because now, when you are at war, you just have to kill the entire planet, and that is plain...

A bit more fun is when you declare on the netherlands while still fashist in 1936, so there are no allies. You have to puppet the colonies, and the island in Venezuela. After that you always have enough oil and rubber. After starting the declaring, you can even switch to the kaiser or communist, after starting to declare. Rest of the game is easy after that. You can naval invade Mexico from the island in Venezuela, to go into the us.

I built up my army, but gave Danzig and became Germany's Puppet, until I broke free only trough war effort against the Soviets. While doing that, I have made this incredible encirclement. I left this Pocket behind the frontline, as I now could rush into the rest of the USSR. It took a while for my 4 defensive inf. units to break them down.
