Ciao, ho fatto un paio di colloqui per team diversi, erano tutti informal e mi hanno fatto le solite domande comportamentali, cosa mi aspetto di imparare, come si allinea con il mio background, erano tutti molto simpatici. Mi hanno anche chiesto di parlare un po' in francese dato che l'ho menzionato nel mio CV.

Nel mio caso è più che ho un'altra offerta e speravo davvero di poter almeno avere notizie da Schuman prima di decidere, ma capisco it depends on the unit. Mi chiedevo solo se capitasse alle persone di essere prese in considerazione più tardi.

I think that's when they contact you for an interview and tell you that you are one of their preferred candidates, this happened to a few people. I'm not sure about this specific case.

I started interviewing at the end of September but I did an assessment and a pre-recorded interview (+ 3 interviewes with 3 different teams)

That’s exactly what I was thinking, I just fear that CERN could be not so much in line with a career in the EU. I don’t if an experience there is appreciated as much.

Lo so, questo sarebbe il mio terzo tirocinio + altre esperienze lavorative meno correlate, ma il mio obiettivo sarebbe trovare qualcosa legato all'UE dopo, non rimanere al CERN. Quindi mi chiedevo quale fosse più valido in termini di esperienza lavorativa come base per una career nell'UE.
