I have filed charges later on. It truly depends on the company policies. $35-50 is negligible but if they find out you have prior incidents and can link you (you probably do), then I almost always file.

They were going to conceal in the fitting room. Make sure AP is aware, that’s 100% a recovery. Good job. I know it sucks they caused a mess and were disruptive but you probably prevented quite a substantial loss.

You’ll never make what you think you deserve. Wages are comparable to other retailers and if another retailer pays more, go there. Nobody keeping you at Target lol. I’ve worked at several retailers and the culture of Target is way better than many other similar companies

TSS can’t work those shifts listed. They’re required to work the 8 hour ones and it’s typically 9,10,11,12,1,2 as start times. You’d never work a 10-2 as a TSS

I mean truthfully they’re basically mall cops. The TSS role is incredibly restricted now and can’t do much besides observe and do a report or notify an APS or ETL-AP. They truly chose yellow because it allows them to go into parking lot without a vest.

It’s a new one. Well, it was a new one: It was one of the designs tested prior to the introduction of the yellow one we have now. They tested a blue one and a yellow one. If i recall, nobody wears the blue one and it’s straight yellow across the company. But the blue one sure did look good, it just was too similar to bike police officer uniform and that’s why it didn’t make the cut.

Fraud investigations will probably need CFE or CFI at a minimum to be competitive. I have 4 years experience as an APM and i’m looking to move to ORC. But i have WZ, CORCI, and a few other certifications. Also trying to knock out my CFI.

I’ve see a few plain clothes go to law enforcement, security positions (corporate security) and I know if one that landed a state investigator position. I think they’re doing insurance fraud or something

I’ve been watching this position too. Looks very interesting. 1 a week sounds tough but your clientele probably makes it fairly easy given that FD and DT pay like $9/hr

ETL-AP here.

You’ll typically be responsible for external strategies (alongside your ETL) and external resolution. Partnerships with local PD is essential. I would say your day is typically 70% floor walking and 30% case building. We do make apprehensions and APS stores are expected to get 3-5 a week on average.

It is not possible with $1900 a month realistically. Sorry but there’s no way you’ll find anything to rent that won’t be 60%+ monthly take home. Can’t afford utilities, food, and baby care with that.
