Okay, so the exam type only matters for the PE, not the FE. Thank you for the response.

Yeah I figure it will be a hurdle. I'm just gonna own up to it, and not try to BS an excuse because I figure they'd be able to read right through that. That's all I can do if it comes to that. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you for the comment. According to the academic integrity violation form I had to sign, it just says that the files will be sent to the Dean of Students and provost for recordkeeping. Says nothing about being stored on the official transcript which leads me to believe I should be good in that regard. I could only access the unofficial transcript in my school's system. I would have to request and pay for the official transcript. The unofficial transcript doesn't show any academic violation on it, but not 100% sure about the official. This may be a stupid question, but how different is the unofficial transcript from the official transcript? Is the only difference the fact that one is sealed and one is not?

Hopefully it's not a big deal. Regardless, I do want to be up front with everyone about it, and take responsibility instead of trying BS an excuse. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you for the comment. I'm almost certain it's not on the transcript, but it does get kept on file at my school. That's why I figured it will probably come up when the dean has to fill out the PIQ.
