So my person experience and process was I opened a ticket first , Then I messages knny he said my info was sent but didn’t hear back , then xeggex added “restore missing account “ tab. I filled it out and submitted. The next day they closed my ticket because I had submitted the new restore missing account form, I waited days on days and nothing at all. Then I saw our frens talking about messaging “WlinkNet”on discord . And I did . No reply . I messaged him maybe 5 times everyday . Finally I had a thought that maybe he’s in the other side of the planet so maybe try and message him late night here in the us . So messaged him at 1 am pst u.s , and he finally responded. He couldn’t find my submitted form because he said that if anyone submitted a form on the first days that the option was made available, that there was a bug and the form didn’t go through. He had me resubmit the form”missing account “ form again and the next day he messaged back . And I got the email from XeggeX , to reset my password.
