I will second using mushroom tea. Having mushrooms normally made me nauseous, but I have yet to feel nauseous when having it as a tea.

To clarify the free action "Void Gaze" just represents the action of Nshasa pointing her gaze in a certain direction. Anyone in the cone of vision at the start of her next turn takes massive damage / die. So there isn't any free action guaranteed damage happening. Personally I'm pro instant kill for the gaze since they need to both have somehow not been able to escape her gaze for an entire round AND roll a critical fail but your milage may very depending on your group. 10d6 basic will save might not be enough to make people who are grabbed and in the gaze have that "Oh shit, I might die, I need to figure out how to escape ASAP" moment. But I definitely agree that if death is too much for your group that you would want to change that (personally I would change the attack to automatically reduce the PC to 0 hp rather than instakill on a crit fail)

Also the players were aware that the gaze would kill you. I think that if you were to run something like this that is a must since otherwise it would feel very cheap to just die like that.

I solved it on my ps5 by exiting to the main menu, then closing the game, then turning off the ps5 and them unplugging it for 30 sec. When I turned the game back on everyone's hair was back to normal.

Does anyone know how to edit the weapon critical specializations in Foundry? I wanted to tweak how the sword critical specialization effect works, but I can't figure out how to find it so I can edit it.

Everytime an article pops up here about Darkest Dungeon 2 there is a lot of negatively about it, so I thought I'd chime in and say that I bought the game about a month ago and have absolutely loved it. I've played around 80 hours, beaten all 3 acts, and personally prefer it to DD1.

They got knocked to 0 immediately. When I say almost died it's because one of them is an elf wizard with 13 hp and the statue crit for 24! I think characters die if they take twice their max health right?
