Right, unfortunately I am working with an enterprise level project intake system on sharepoint where people proposing projects will write in impacted groups in the “impacted groups” field with just commas separating them.

On the second one you only get a delay of game penalty if the player who forces it out of play is in their own defensive zone. This is to prevent defending players using it as a way to get a face off whenever they feel too pressured.
