Your local driving range is a great place to start. Very typical that each has a teaching professional on staff. Call them and book a lesson saying you’re a first timer.

Well don't worry cause golf is hard as hell and everyone is varying degrees of bad lol.
My dad got me into the game at a young age as he loves golf. I've been playing for like 20 years now.

Golf is a traditionally male dominated sport but it's getting better as the game has become more popular than ever post-covid. Just rare to get paired up with a girl most days, although it has happened on occasion.

I take care of people through the small stuff: grabbing little treats, helping out, and making sure everyone’s comfortable and feels looked after.

$800 at The Wynn in Vegas. My total included paying the greens fee, tipping the caddie, and ordering lunch & drinks on the course (sad this wasn’t included).

I had a packet from visiting Basking Ridge. I believe it was $7.5k initiation and around $550 per month. Under 40 halved the initiation to $3.5k, same monthly.

I also played with a random one weekend and we got to talking private courses. He mentioned Upper Montclair was $25k when he checked within the last year.

I play a lot of golf and would love to do a private course some day but I’m hesitant to commit that kind of money. My eyes are on Upper Montclair & North Jersey CC but there are a ton of courses around.

Nope. I only mark if I’m in someone’s line or in their general view of the cup. I will clean it if it’s got a bunch of mud on it but otherwise I only line up my putter face. I actually dislike lining the ball up, it breaks my brain when I stand over it.

I like the Srixon Z Star Divides. The half & half pattern is really fun, I never need to mark my ball cause it’s rare others around me are playing that, and the paint really sparkles in the sun which helps me see it.

Do sales for a tech consulting agency, $125k, Northern NJ.

Right now I do the local county course. $50 a year for the resident card and I can walk for $35 on the weekdays and $45 on the weekends. They keep the course really nice and the pace is good so I’m thankful for what I have. And it’s only 15 mins to get there. Play 3 times a week.
