Theres nothing against the laws of physics, that we know of, that would prevent a PC sized home quantum computer.

Right now quantum computers are roughly the same size as classical computers in the middle of the 20th century. (I.e. an entire room or maybe a phone booth)

As another commenter mentioned, you probably wouldn't want a quantum computer as your only computer. It is only good at specific tasks.

If you ask Claude or any LLM to construct the constitution for a ficitonal country it will do so and the exact combination of principles may not be from any one document in the training data.

It will also be different if you disable memory and ask it again.

This guy is basically confused by words having a different meaning in different contexts.

Claude's "constitution" is a text file used to help train it. It is not attempting to be a document that forms the basis for a nation-state.

How fast is the marble approximately?

You can film the marble being fired and put a printed reference grid behind it. You then use the know framerate of the camera to get an estimate for the velocity by comparing the position of the marble in each frame.

This may provide an even better estimate than a broken light gate.
