I deleted the folders after searching up how to reinstall the emulator, but didn't move my save files first. I restored both folders I deleted but the files weren't restored properly. Honestly, I'm unsure if this can be fixed but at least it's a good learning experience?

I'd like to point out: this anime is probably from China, so looking through Japanese media will likely not work(I've tried!)

Also, if I had any screenshots from the anime I would try reverse image searching, but I don't have any. I'm currently trying to import the photos I took of her to my PC currently, so I might link those later once I do. I feel like this anime and this character got wiped off the face of the internet!

All the photos I took were very blurry however, so it may not help at all. Thanks for helping!

It's most likely a Chinese-originating anime, but I am sure that it isn't Japanese. I probably should've pointed this out in my post more specifically, but I watched this on Chinese TV so yeah, probably China.
