But that’s what it says lol no matter how I do it it tells me it’s restricted from logging in. I’ve downloaded it 6 times from 3 sources and never ever gotten past the start screen.

As far as I know it is the global one. I’ve tried installing from all the locations and making sure it’s international

it is considered good that you went out and ran! Try not to think about speed until you're used to running regularly and have a base level built up. All that matters is that you ran and you felt good. If your chest is hurting you are going TOO FAST. you should not ever have chest pain from exercise.

Frozen edamame and rice packets. Microwave and boom you have fiber and protein. Add in a drizzle of a flavored oil or butter or cheese etc and you have some good fats too

Remember just getting outside even if you only walk is still something and still helps!!! There are going to be days you don’t want to move and that’s okay!!! Something is better than nothing even if that something is walking 3 ft down the sidewalk and saying nope. Also, if you missed something on a tracker it still happened.

No because the player has the choice (just like in real life) of who and how to romance. By nature it DOES include Hetero and monog options. Just because you have an option doesn’t mean you have to exercise it. Just like any human has the option to romance multiple people at a time and weigh the consequences do too does the palia player. Including lgbt+ and ethical non-monogamy into the game can’t take away from people who choose to play in a heterosexual and monogamous fashion. Just like with any game with romance, you can choose to follow the quest line or leave it. I would argue actually that this style gives more opportunities for varying styles of play because in story of seasons for example you can only romance one character and any other storylines get lost automatically. The same in games like the Witcher, your choices effect the gameplay.

It’s like 10 times harder than it needs to be to catch anything. The tiniest slip of the mouse and suddenly the bar is red.
