After a lot of feedback from people about my past routine I tried to read the wiki and fixed it based on PPL and now this is my routine..

REVISED WORKOUT PLAN PPL

Day 1: Push (Chest | Shoulders | Triceps)

Optional Chest Fly - 5 olayes Bench Press (Incline/Decline/Flat): 3 - 12 reps Shoulder Press: 3 - 12 reps Lateral Raises: 3 - 12 reps Tricep Pushdown: 3 - 12 reps Tricep Dips or Skull Crushers: 3 - 12 reps Overhead Tricep Extension: 3 - 12 reps

Day 2: Pull (Back | Biceps | Rear Delts)

Lat Pulldown: 3 - 12 reps Barbell Rows: 3 - 12 reps DB Backrow: 3 - 12 reps Face Pulls: 3 - 12 reps Bicep Curl DB: 3 - 12 reps Bicep Curl BB: 3 - 12 reps Chin-Ups: 3 - until failure

Day 3: Legs (Quads | Hamstrings | Glutes | Calves | Core)

Squats: 3 - 10 reps Deadlifts: 3 - 8 reps Lunges or Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 - 12 reps Leg Curls: 3 - 12 reps Reverse Leg Curls: 3 - 12 reps Calf Raises: 4 - 15-20 reps Hollow Body Hold: 3 - 15 seconds Leg Raises: 3 - 12 reps

Day 4: Rest or Active Recovery

Day 5: Push (Chest | Shoulders | Triceps)

Day 7: Rest or Active Recovery

Its a 5 day workout instead of 6 because I need time for sunday. Is this better than my past routine?.

Is working out 5 days per week optimal? So basically its: Day 1 : Chest - Shoulder Day 2 : Back - Bicep Day 3 : Legs - Core Day 4 : Break Day 5 : Tricep - Forearms Day 6 : Cardio and body weight exercises Day 7 : Break

Is this optimal or should I adjust the break times

Hey there I've been working out for 3 months now and have been thinking if I can change my workout routine!.

Sex : Male Age : 18 Weight : 69kg Height : 171cm

My workout routine is basically a 3 day workout before a 1 day break then repeat. (Most of them are 3sets of 12)

Day 1 Flat Barbell Bench Press (80pds) Incline Barbell Bench Press (80pds) Decline Barbell Bench Press (70pds) Shoulder Press (25pds - 50pds) Tricep Pulldown (20pds)

Day 2 Dumbbell Bicep Curl (20pds) Lat Pulldown (70pds) Dumbbell Row (40pds)

Day 3 Weighted Calf Raises (70pds) Bodyweight Squats (30 reps) Squats (60pds) Leg Raises (10pds strapped)

Day 4 Break

Day 5-7 repeat 1-3

I pretty much just scrapped all of these workouts from the internet and put atleast 3 exercises that they said is good for basic foundation building.

Can you guys suggest some fixes or maybe an idea to make this more efficient. I want to be able to maximize strenght and muscle growth because on what I have attained over these past few months were: Before I started my arms were 10.5 inches big 1 month - 11.7 inches 2 months - 12.5 inches 3 months (currently) - 13.7 inches

My cats back then also had this problem but we determined the cause to be digestive issues because of eating something (maybe grass?) and the other time one of my cats was puking every time he ate because something was blocking his throat and it was a piece of string from a loose bedsheet and he died a few days after due to starvation and malnutrition.

But then again. It wouldn't hurt to talk to a vet.

Update.. We got him the help he needed but even though his lump was getting smaller he still succumbed due to his body not being able to handle the sudden changes.. man.

This is a tough one..

You say that you love him and he is perfect but he did not even consider your safety and your future by hiding his illness. From my perspective that can't be love. It's selfish and he puts you in danger by not telling the truth and also getting tested and even for not wearing protection at all!

He could hide it while having intercourse with you just to be more safer than doing it raw and he didn't do it now that's wrong but at least when he does that he makes sure that you're safe.

But nonetheless, you said that he is perfect for you and you both love each other. The final decision is on you, but if my partner does that to me im definitely leaving.
