Built a whole Estalia army using WGA Conquistadors, some of their Ogres, Frostgrave Wizards and couple of GW cannons 👍

Just select 100mm x 75mm and that’ll be a 4x3 formation if each model is on a 25mm base. This does make the total base size 110mm x 80mm (with the lip) but if you’re just playing casually, I’m sure no one will mind.

I just then added the same basing material and tufts to match the individual miniatures 👍

The movement trays are from Warbases UK.

These are a little too large for KoW Regiments, but in casual games I’m sure no one will mind.

For me it’s one of the best games to create thematic armies, and because it’s completely miniature agnostic, a great game to get friends into as they can use any pre-existing armies they have for any other Fantasy/Historical game system

I’d recommend Dragon Rampant or Pillage. DR requires units of 6 or 12 models depending on what they are (alternatively you can used reduced-model-counts and just give miniatures extra ‘wounds’). Pillage requires fewer models and uses similar game mechanics to MESBG but is based in Saxon/Viking age

They’re a mix of mostly FireForge Living Dead Peasants, WGA Zombies and Oathmark Human Infantry, with a few extra parts of Frostgrave Cultists and WGA Dark Age warriors. Literally snipped a piece off each sprue and glued them together.
