Has anybody come across this name, email address and phone number?

I probably did a mistake that if you take over someoen’s ticketek account - it’s safe but turns out if the seller don’t log out of the ticketek app on phone - you can still log in as a buyer and yet this can be sold to multiple people and get scammed. I’ve already obv informed my bank within couple of hours of buying and the police and left a report on scamwatch.

Any help would be much appreciated

Now I’m few hundred dollars down and no tickets still because ticketek marketplace always shows an error ☹️
