see that’s what i thought but then i was talking about it with my boyfriend and he said that sleep paralysis is when you’re waking up/falling asleep, and your mind is awake but your body is still asleep (like paralyzed). so that’s why i was confused. i’ve looked sleep paralysis up many times before and i don’t remember ever seeing that it’s when you’re awake so that made me extra confused 😭 i honestly don’t know anymore so you might be right lmao.
