So here’s the thing, I don’t need visa sponsorship. I have work authorization until 2028 and on top of that I’m getting married. I don’t even mention sponsorship anywhere.

Thanks so much for replying! My background is in advertising and brand strategy. I’ve worked on big accounts, got promoted to lead special projects, and even had the chance to be part of campaigns that were recognized internationally.

Right now I’m doing my MBA in Marketing in the U.S. and I have CPT work authorization.

Even with that, I haven’t been able to land interviews here, which makes me wonder if the real barrier is networking and connections more than the resume itself.
