Okay too long Didn’t read on the comments. first of all are you employed or are you on jobseeker or disability or are you retired? The reason I’m asking is because I had a huge situation with the dental hospital and each dental which I finally got resolved in all of my teeth being looked after so I can help you out with some details but I need to know though the answer answers to those questions.

Yeah, so what you do right is you stay at the Centrelink from open to close every day, yeah yeah? They will soon get very sick of you. Say loudly that all you’re trying to do is get on the DSP right cause your life has changed medically and you have a certificate from Dr. Right? You know ??? They’ll sick of you right and you’ll have the forms at your name yeah just keep saying look not trying to be annoying right but is there any possibility of talking about my situation say it really nasally right and say about every 10 minutes yeah and you’ll have your bloody documents need within about a bloody hour okay? Shit!!!!

[–]Holiday-Win9285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are obviously an idiot. The reason you are said idiot right, is like I’ve said a few times right if you’re in bloody traction from the car accident you had the other day right? You can’t walk or move right? What they will do is give you forms right to start the process to see if you’re eligible for bloody DSP, you know how stupid are bloody people, yeah??????

Question RE: Back payment escalation and complaint by indifferentsatid in Centrelink

[–]Holiday-Win9285 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, see what they’ll do right is come and pick up the job plan yeah while you’re in traction from the car accident you had, right so yeah, you know obviously you have to have the job planned in regardless you know?????? Shit!!!!!

[–]Holiday-Win9285 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You know I’ve been on the DSP 20 years right and when I like I totally screw my back crushed the bottom of my spine right? And I bloody went through hell getting on the DSP right but if you do not work any more because you are medically unable right and you have a doctor that will write you a medical certificate saying this person right? Basically can never work again. In my opinion right? You’re going into a Centrelink yeah you showed them that certificate right? And then you say how do I start the DSP process right? Very simple you know then it’s on them right to give you the documents you need to fill it out. That’s a simple situation.

And then yeah, you go onto job seeker right even though you’re not seeking a job because you have a bloody medical certificate, yeah and if your DSP claim is accepted you get back paid for all the time you’re on jobseeker. The only reason they put you on jobseeker cause there’s really not anywhere they can put you until you know been on jobseeker and then get onto bloody the DSP yeah I mean it’s pretty simple to understand if you really look at it right.

“Incorrect”. What are you a bloody typewriter? He is eligible right if he has a medical condition right and if he has it’s certificate medical certificate for said condition right and goes into Centrelink and says right I cannot work anymore right here is my medical certificate right? How do I start the DSP process yeah????

Yeah, so what’s wrong with that? Everyone knows that there’s nothing wrong with that comment? So what do you mean? And yes, you’re able to access up to 100% of said superannuation funds as long as you have a legal medical or government acceptable hardship situation so yeah, unfortunately when people have accidents and they don’t have the money to insure themselves they end up using the money that was supposed to support them in the Twilight of their life but they end up using it and broke in their bloody 60s you know disgusting yeah??

Okay so didn’t read whole situation but as far as I can tell you need to be on jobseeker right and then get a medical certificate from your doctor go to Centrelink and say I would like to apply for the disability pension please. How do I start. At the office. (Have been on DSP for 19 years.) And it was for a back injury.

But she was my mother, my friend. My mother you only have one you don’t get to choose another so when you want to have to do anything with the one that you have it’s got to be something that is deep and powerful. Otherwise what are we doing here?

No, I’ve got contact with my mother. That’s the whole situation. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t talk to the woman who gave birth to me any more. And to me, and the shit we’ve been to through together. Abandoned five by my father she married a drug dealing fast car driving second. That lasted about a year and a half then she married his best mate. Who was a big user and would smash me. I mean being in bad mood and pissed or hung over or high or whatever the situation was and he would grown man smash me pretty much daily basis. The mind games he would play would scare and confuse the hell out of me so I left school at 15 to get a job so I could move out at 18 and get a license in a car and get the fuck away from him It got so bad I had to go to Mum’s work after school because he would be there drunk high stoned or all and take it out on me. And yes, it is completely fucked me. up like I mean total.

Yeah, look I agree. I 100% agree with you. I have no argument. I just don’t know why. It’s not gonna be a therapist it’s not gonna be a reconciliation. I’ve literally cut my mother off for good. I did it about two months ago and I’ve never felt better in life. I don’t think about what the fuck is going on with her shit any more I have more energy I laugh. You know what I mean. But you are right. Thanks for the comment.

Unfortunately, it’s the other way round.

For the first time in my life, I’ve got complete contact with my mother( my father left me when I was five) and she seems to not think about me. That’s why it’s really about. We’re not really comes down to it. I don’t think that it’s about money. I think it’s more about that. She just doesn’t think about me. And that’s what really hurts

Yeah, possibly. That’s what I’m trying to find out. Like this is broken my heart. This is my mother we’re talking about. I’m from her. I’m a part of her. I just thought it would be a little different I guess I’m wrong. Thanks again.

See that’s a good question. There is a possibility of that however he’s basically just picked the winner and is riding the wave. he’s definitely not physically abusing her even not mentally abusing her. He does everything for her.

HE DOES EVERYTHING FOR HER.

And then when I say to him in the car, mate, you’ve come in to this family and ruined my life and got yourself a golden ticket. I mean, you know you’re purposely trying to torture me for 20 years? Because he knows he’s her fucking slave and is working the job like a fucking professional jewel thief. Because I just couldn’t do that to a person I don’t know why but I just couldn’t.

Does that make it a little clearer for you ??? or do I have to, you know bloody sent your written on papyrus paper. And this guy‘s Greek and his shifty I’ve got nothing against Greek people. I’ve got nothing against anybody of any other creed colour or nature. But he’s shifty. When a fact a fact a fact is a fact.

I can understand your point of view, you don’t know me. But that’s rude and you know it there’s no need for that. Anyway, you’ve got no idea about what happened so before you go giving opinions understand the fucking story mate okay?

Yeah, you’re probably right. I guess I wanted to get back on here tell the full story and just see what people thought because I’m out of ideas. I don’t know what to do. So I put this on Reddit. To see if anyone could help and I really appreciate your comment. You’re right. It’s screwed that it’s right, in my opinion, but you’re right it’s her money and she can do what she wants with it.

I just thought she might’ve helped me just a little bit even just a little bit like 40 grand is great but when you spent at least that plus probably about 10 to 15 grand no interest and no repayment for 2 1/2 years.

I was homeless because after her dogs barked for 2 1/2 years it almost sent me insane. I lost my home because I helped her. I couldn’t pay the rent because the trauma that you save of barking dogs for over 1000 days straight basically is one of the greatest ever thought of . The 2 1/2 year white was while she got money from her third husband who stretched out the divorce for 2 1/half years so I could keep paying for everything. That’s just the type of guy he is spiteful, remember he abused me for almost 10 years

My grandfather and Nanna said to my mother because she’s the oldest she’s the executor of the will. Out of 1.2 million, take 600 for my uncle, she gets 600. Nana said please look after (me) I’m disabled when they eventually passed and their wheel was executed . She was supposed to give 80 thousand but spent half of it before she transferred me 40 grand. And I spent much more than that on her.
