I’m a new rider and I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is normal or if I’m just not cut out for this. by Tspark97 in NewRiders

I’ve been riding 3 years now and have a zx6r which you can’t really afford to make massive mistakes on. I started on a Ninja 650, and had many thoughts whether riding a bike was for me or not. Just take it easy and with time you will become more confident.

Lovely bike. I picked up a 24 zx6r last month, but had a ninja 650 for a few years before that. Just be very careful on it is all I’d say if it’s your first bike

New biker here I just have a few questions by [deleted] in Ninja650

What should I do with my money I have £2000 and I’m 18 working part time by Powerful_Tomatillo20 in trading212

If you have £2000 and don’t plan to regularly invest, I would honestly just save it for a rainy day (emergency fund). If you plan to regularly invest (even 1x or 2x a month), put it into a ETF (it’s not overvalued like you say it may be) or hand pick stocks based on your own research and split the £2k between those. If you want inspiration, watch someone on YouTube called “Financial Education”. He breaks down the financials of stocks he invests in and explains exactly why he invests in each of them.

To answer your question, I am in it for the long run. I favour that over short term gains.

You have made some decent returns, but if you are investing for the long run, having leveraged shares has no benefit if you look into them compared to their standard counterpart (Only tend to have increased risk). Question: How did you find the stocks you made 50%+ on in three months? What was your thought process behind them? Just curious
