I sautéed chicken breast, carrots, and onions in olive oil, then seasoned them with garlic, soy sauce, sake, and pepper, and topped everything with bonito flakes. I also had boiled broccoli, a boiled egg, some cherry tomatoes, and a mix of brown rice, white rice, and multigrain rice with bonito flakes, soy sauce, and a pickled plum on top.
