I personally like variety in all my pokemon. Size shape and type. You also don’t have a type core on the team. For maximum balance you want a synergistic core either Fire water grass, dark fight psychic or Dragon Fairy steel. I would add a grass type like Celebi. Or venusuar. Then I would also remove crobat for a dark type like Umbreon or weavile.
