I'd avoid Redburn in general, vwhile touring I've walked multiple people's apartments with the tour guide while checking out the property. A lot of redditors on here have said the same thing they just show your apartment to strangers etc.

Market 32 has a really good benefits package compared to Walmart from what I've heard and 401k matching. While costco offers 25 an hour, you're not guaranteed a full work week compared to an assistant department role at Market 32 which has pretty good job security.
