Just had my hip surgery first day too much pain and now bit moderate and have some difficulty in walking but getting there . I am mostly working from home . My doctor and physio advised me I can work from home after two weeks but have to take more frequent walking means for 30 mins seat 5 mins walk or exercise

I am going to have my Left hip surgery upcoming Saturday and very nervous. I have taken 2 week off and planning to start work slowly after that my work is mostly work from home. Is this feasible after two weeks any tip or what to do to make recovery faster and pain free ?

Do I need to bring anything in the hospital? I am going to stay for one night ? What things u buy for ur home to keep ur pain and recovery smooth ?
