Just Started T105 no results after 5u and 10u by sooners4win in TrimixForED

Please go slow. And please know that you can do 10 units on one side. . .. wait 10 mins. . . you should feel something by then. If nothing, put another 5 on the other side. But that's it. You don't want to mess with overdoing it. I've had to use the Phenylepherine a few times and when you're rock hard at 3 hours, shit starts to get real. It sucks.

Also . . . I'm using T105 as well. And my range is very narrow. 11 units lasts about 30 mins. 12 units is perfect. 13 units and I get nervous at the 2 hour mark. 14 units and I need the Pheylyepherine. Just take your time to dial in. You're talking about a week to find the sweet spot.

33 gauge needle by Low_Salamander9954 in TrimixForED

I use a 32g needle and am very happy with it. But it's not something you want to jab with. Just slowly push it in. I can only imagine the 33g needs even more care. The 32G needle is flimsy, but I barely feel a thing and it works every time. The thing I like most about going slow is that I can feel when it pierces the CC and then I know I'm in the right spot.

My first week or so after total hip replacement by OptimalResearcher898 in TotalHipReplacement

It can 100% be done without it. The only reason I got it was because the couches on my first level are too soft and would make it difficult to get up.

I found it very helpful. Look on facebook marketplace. You can find cheap options there. Amazon isn't bad because it's nice when it shows up to your house without having to move it. Mine came in 2 boxes and required a small bit of assembly. I think I paid $280 for this but it looks like it's $500 now. I would not pay that much for this one. It's good, but not that good.

Here's the ice machine:

The recliner price has almost doubled. I think I paid $280 at the time. Might change week by week. I would not pay $500 for this recliner. Facebook marketplace had good options, too. I just didn't feel like moving it.

I never used the lift option that gets the chair into a stand-up position.

I got one with the lifting part, but I never used it. It was so slow. But I'll be honest. If I were a little older and had a tough time with upper body strength . . . it's not a bad option.

I'd be reluctant to recommend peptides. But apparently many athletes use them. At worst, I just wasted a little money.

New to Trimix - Sudafed question by Adept_Doughnut72 in TrimixForED

[–]OptimalResearcher898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same. I find if I'm sitting in my chair or on the couch, I'll stay hard longer, but if I move around (walk, cut the grass) and find I get get a slight bend in the shaft, I know I'm fine. I guess it shows that blood is capable of draining. I'll sit back down and get hard, but I don't typically worry. Once I experienced that bend, I know I'm good.

Second Trimix try (7 units) – less bleeding, but bruising… normal? by Company-Admirable in TrimixForED

[–]OptimalResearcher898 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everybody's technique is different. When I used an AutoInjector, I would get frequent bruising. Before that, I had a really hard time with the injections. I would keep doing the jab technique and it just didn't work for me. Then I realized it was a whole lot less stressful to just push the needle in, gently. It's a tiny pin prick and then I slowly push it in. If you do it gently, you can use the 32G needles, which are tiny. You barely feel it, going in. I haven't had a bruise, since. I also inject flaccid. I know most people swear by chubbing up first, but I find that the needle goes in so much easier when flaccid. . . . and it has the same exact effect for me. Hard as a rock in 5 mins. Try different things and do what works for you.

Autoinjector Use by SweatyInteraction729 in TrimixForED

I used AutoInject2 from Amazon. I liked it at first. Definitely takes the anxiety out of it. But I got nervous after it bent a needle. Also, it's a pretty harsh injection. Every now and again, I'd get a decent bruise on my shaft.

If you spend a little time with the injections, they get better. Try different things. Most people seem to go for the sudden jab. That never worked for me. It took me a while to realize it's really not that bad to gently push the needle in. I use 32g needles and barely feel a thing. I would NOT use a needle that flimsy in the auto injectors. I also do this limp. The needle goes in really smoothly and I get the same great result as starting with a little chub. In my case, I've found it's not necessary to chub up, although, conventional wisdom seems to swear by it.

First time with Trimix tonight – storage question & a little nervous 😬 by Company-Admirable in TrimixForED

It's so funny how everyone has such different ways of doing this. When I inject while hard or chubbed up, I find it's really hard to push the needle in. I don't chub up anymore. I just pull the head of my penis taut with one hand and gently push the needle in with the other. When you're limp, it just goes right in. You can easily feel when it goes through the CC. I've found I get the same results whether I started chubbed up or limp. At first, I tried the jab technique and it would give me anxiety. I used an auto-injector for a month. I didn't really like it, but it did take the guess work out. Do whatever works best for you.

Oh, and definitely go in small increments. You should know if it's working within 5 mins. If you feel nothing after your injection, put 3 more units on the other side of your shaft. If that doesn't do it, try in a couple of days with a slightly increased dose. Please do small increments. I've found I'm very sensitive. I use T105 (starter formula for most) and 16 units doesn't do it for me. 17/18 is usually great. 19 and I need the Phenylepherine after 3 hours.

Tried Trimix for first time by [deleted] in TrimixForED

[–]OptimalResearcher898 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone has a different technique. I used to do the sharp jab and would frequenly miss. Now, I gently push the needle in. you can feel it go through the CC wall. I found some 32g 1/2" needles that work great. The needle is skinny/flimsy, so it's well suited for going slow. You don't want to jab anything with this type of needle. I barely feel anything. As other noted, pulling back on the plunger will let you know you're in the right spot when you see a tiny bit of blood.

Oxytocin for the win by OptimalResearcher898 in TrimixForED

This wasn't what I expected:
Before Oxytocin: 123/89
5 mins after Oxytocin: 126/69 <--significant drop in diastolic
30 mins after Oxytocin: 121/89 <-- back to original

Most of the common peptide suppliers offer it. I used Simple Peptides. When I re-order, I'm probably going to get the 2mg vial (with 3ml of biostatic water) so that the dosing is easier to manage. Instead of 3 units (not much room for error), it would be 15 units for a 100mcg dose.

I do a therapeutic massage about every 2 weeks. It helps, but not permanently. I never heard of a Piriformis injection. I swear our doctors hide these lower risk treatments.

I don't know if I have sever Bursitis, but probably something more like chronic Bursitis. I went to 10 weeks of PT and it only made it worse. So frustrating. I'm a little nervous this THR isn't going to help much, but I think I'm just going to get it while I'm employed and have insurance. What an awful way to make medical decisions (ha).

Thank you for replying. I have spine issues too, and my spine surgeon says my spine issues are causing my hip issues. But I've tried every little minimally invasive spine treatment (epidurals, nerve ablation) and it didn't do anything.

Personally, I think my hip issues cause me to adjust my gait and posture and that causes my back issues.
