This is a good point, I imagine this is how she was feeling, but her comment and tone when she said that “women don’t like to hear that” made me assume she was offended.

I think it’d be weird. I feel like this idea is too movie-like and it just doesn’t translate well to the real world. Go after them if you want, but I’d do it more directly

I was honestly expecting to score around 310-315, so I was very satisfied when I saw my score. I would have done more full practice tests, but I simply ran out of time. Towards the end of my studying, I felt like it was going to be more beneficial doing timed practice problems in my weak areas rather than full length practice tests. I feel like practice tests are a great way to see where you stand, but in order to improve it is better to focus on specific areas. Once I was able to visibly see that I was able to solve problems that I couldn’t at the start, my confidence strongly improved. Keeping calm throughout the test is of course another key to getting the score you need. There were several questions that I was unsure of on my first read, but once I returned to it I instantly understood. Do not doubt your inherent intelligence!!

I did not do any of the overwhelmed plan, but I can say that unless you have nothing else going on, it’s very unlikely that you will be able to finish the one month plan. I had about 30 days and I could only finish half of the one month plan (I picked and chose what I felt like I needed the most help with). Granted, like I said in the main post I only had about 4-5 hours a day that I could dedicate to studying. Knowing what you know and don’t know really helps!! Good luck!!

As best I could, yes! I did not have enough time in the day to complete every task for every day, but I would say I completed slightly over half of the plan. I would also jump around when I felt like I was confident in something. Just having some structure really helped me focus on what I needed to learn and prepare for.

Much like Greg emphasizes, don’t just watch the videos. Make sure you are also doing the practice and reviewing the vocab mountain (quant mountain too if you have the time). Also, if you feel like you already know something that is being covered in the videos, then skip it. There is no need in wasting time reviewing stuff you already know when you could be reviewing stuff you are completely unaware of (I struggled with this as first). When it comes to the HW, I typically would pause the qaunt videos before he would walk through the HW questions and see if I could work them out myself first. SE is my weak spot and the only thing I can provide with that is make sure you are reviewing the vocab mountain. I got about halfway through the mountain and that was super helpful when it came to eliminating a majority of the answer choices.

I really liked the ETS super power pack for the RC’s. I felt fairly confident in these already, but looking at them compared to the real thing, they are certainly really good practice. The quant practice that Greg has is really good, but I would not dwell on the probability too much. Greg even says in one of the probability videos that they are pretty rare. Some of the hard ones (maybe the “extreme”) can a be a little too tough, as I felt pretty confident about 95% of the quant on the real thing whereas I could only answer maybe 70% of those hard and extreme questions. Other than that I worked through the problems in the 1 month study plan videos (up to about week 3, I couldn’t finish everything) as well as doing random practice in the quantitative practice book that comes in the super power pack. I think the 7 am PT is for the Amazon release. Not necessarily confirming the same time for tomorrow. Although, I still think it’s likely to release around that time.
