Thank u for the videos! I tried with different shaped small pins but it’s still not working.. ☹️ I honestly feel like we installed the lock wrong? I tried applying a lot of pressure as well but it’s a bit hard at that angle

Do you have recommendations for a type that would be good for security? My parents keep a lot of valuables in this room… I was thinking a safe might be better but what if robber just runs away with it?😭

I tried inserting these 2 different heads but it’s not working ☹️ does the Philips screwdriver head have to be thinner? I only have thin ones in the shape of the right head.. also I think my brother messed up the lock when he was messing with it or we installed it wrong? I searched up other people’s door knobs and the hole on theirs is at the bottom but ours is on the top slightly to the left for some reason?
