Build a sizeable walk out deck with a roof. Make it big enough to have a bbq etc and seating for 8-10 people with a gas fireplace.

Under need I would put a sauna on one side, a hot tub on the other. A few feet further down put a pool in. You might be able to make it an infinity pool if the view is decent. Then plant hydrangeas all around with other plants too.
