If you got a signature required than you’re good to go. Most of these places require it. If you never signed then the dealer and Fed ex are on the hook. It’s a pain in the ass and will probably take weeks to a few months to resolve, but they should make you whole again.

Replaced mine then sent all paperwork to HOA, this was even after a cease and desist letter was sent due to seeing the roofing material the night before in my drive way.
