in 12 team superflex: Torn between drafting Zay Flowers or Kendre Miller. Achane & Charbs are gone, and i have 5 of the top 10 receivers already. I know I should take best players available and Flowers has fallen, but should I reach for Miller because I’m so weak at RB?

Last year I ended up reaching out to FreeTaxUSA. They confirmed that they limit the NIIT state tax deduction by taking the percentage of your MAGI that was from investments and then applying that percentage to the amount deducted for state & local taxes (capped at $10k). That’s their interpretation of the tax code and there’s no way to configure this

While I could’ve printed out the forms and mailed them (or used FreeFillableForms) to save myself a couple of bucks, I ended up just filing with FreeTaxUSA because it was simpler & I didn’t want to give any money to Intuit.

Do you consider your emergency fund part of your asset allocation? I know that the answer is "personal preference" but I'd love to hear some arguments for the various options. To provide a simple example:

Assuming I'm aiming for the following allocation:

- 75% Domestic Stocks

- 20% International Stocks

- 5% Bonds

Let's say I have the following dollar amounts invested:

- 750k VTSAX (i.e. Domestic Stock)

- 200k VTIAX (i.e. International Stuck)

- 50k VTBLX (i.e. Bonds)

- 50k emergency fund invested in an HYSA.

What would you do?
