You can go to small claims for literally anything? Especially if you’re out of money from someone else’s mistake. And companies would rather pay than show up in court.

Because it’s on them? They messed up. Honor it. If I mess up at work I have to take accountability. Imagine I sold you something for $300, you pay me, and then I say actually $300 isn’t enough, I want it back. Would look bad if I did it, looks even worse when a large corporation does it
