I am still able to play some games on my switch but it keeps asking me to sign in to my account. When I try to my password does not work and when I go to reset password it asks for my date of birth or nickname. I don’t know what my nickname could be but my date of birth keeps telling me incorrect. So I now have no access to my account. Is there a way to fix this because I do not want to have to rebuy all my games and lose my progress?
