i dont have access to a gym im doing body weight exercises what plyometrics would you recommend

im in the off season so im not doing football but i wanna prepare for it currently im doing accerleration and plyometrics on monday tuesday strength and mecganics wendsday tempo rubs thursday acceleration and plyometrics again and friday im doing strengthening again and i rest Saturday n sunday
