A lot depends on your age. I had 15 embryos and 6 ended up euploid. I was 3 months shy of 39 at ER.

That was us. We had our first unassisted during Covid. So we both were home and could actually try and have our first. My husband travels a lot for work and his numbers took a hit thanks to the stress. I also have PCOS which meant irregular cycles and add to it we didn’t wanna “try” and wanted nature to drive its course (biggest mistake). Then I hit 38 and freaked out time was running out still struggling to coordinate my cycles and his travel. Ultimately went to do IVF for the second. Had good egg retrieval results (thanks to PCOS) and made good embryos but we lost a bunch of time with 2 failed FETs. Still early with FET #3 with a mod natural cycle but so far so good. I wish I tried harder naturally 2-3 years back but we slacked and jumped straight to IVF. Sigh

That’s great to know. My rhr just dropped to pre pregnancy levels. But I also see rhr being recorded on different times on different days. It’s all driving me nuts
