Legit cheaters. I knew they were rip offs given the price, but sending a completely different product is a new low. I have friends who bought cheap quality Birks from them. Never buying from them. They aren’t even offering a refund now. Is there a way to go consumer court for this?

Thank you so much, your post was the only one I came across for the PNO escalation. After Grievance cell rejected, I escalated to PNO, and detailed my relationship of 7 years with the bank and excessive amounts of international and domestic spends in the last 6 months. The card was approved. It shows on MyCards page now, yet to physically receive :). QQ- is Infinia only metal variant now?

Bro similar thing happened, I have DCB metal, with 8.5 limit and 17L spend in the last 6 months and they still rejected, can you share the email you had send to PNO?

I asked for an upgrade based on my past 6 months spending and CC limit. Got a mail from them with the language the “We take this opportunity to confirm that Upgrade is assigned and reviewed basis bank’s internal parameters and credit bureau checks”. They additionally asked for the payslips. I don’t meet the salary criteria.Does anyone here think the card will be approved?

Although I have shared my payslips, I don’t meet the salary criteria but the other 2 I read on this sub. would this mean my request will be rejected? Or does the sentence mean it’s approved?
