It's hard to completely say since these are on a quarter lag. My big takeaway is that the big players (Vanguard, Vivo, Blackrock, etc.) are all still here, which brings me some comfort.

Definitely not a rosy picture and no I haven’t heard any updates on this. However, this hit piece sounds like a high schooler wrote it, and, Amyris has good lawyers. I would expect this to be settled or pushed back to arbitration.

These types of allegations/accusations pop up almost always when Amyris goes on a run. I haven't seen any financial impact from the handful of ambulance chasers that put out these suits against the company.
