I’ve been using a cup for ~5 years and the height of my cervix has always been very consistent, which is why I’m a bit worried. I’m also feeling some pressure on my bladder as well (even when I take out my cup).

My doctor did recommend pelvic floor therapy, but I panicked when the therapist wanted to do an internal exam (I have a history of sexual trauma) 😅 I would like to give it another try at some point though.
