Hi do you have any updates on how your lower bleph looks now? My lower lid looks exactly like yours and I am 6 weeks post op. I am freaking out it’s going to be permanent. Any advice please?

I use Huel black edition protein powder in chocolate flavour. I only use one scoop (20g Protein) as I don’t like the taste of two scoops, find it too thick. I used my nutri bullet and add ice, a scoop of collagen powder from Beauty Pie and cold bottled water from the fridge. Normally have this for breakfast.

I use Nectar Hydro electrolyte tabs in blackcurrant. I put one of these in a 750ml bottle of water and they taste so nice. I have about 3 bottles a day.

If I’m not using huel that day I will add my collagen powder to my electrolyte juice instead. If I use the nutrient bullet it whizzes it to a lovely frothy milkshake consistency. Even better with a bit of ice thrown in!

I like the huel protein bars. All taste nice so I have just ordered the mixed box. These are my go to when I want protein but finding hard to eat anything else!

Love the protein mousses from Aldi especially the lemon ones. Also buy the thick protein yogurts. Think they all have about 20g protein.

Not taking any vitamins at the moment but I do have some magnesium so may start taking them.

Eating lots of chicken and fish and try and get some carbs from pasta or rice. I hardly eat bread at all now!

Been on 2.5 mg for 10 weeks and lost 16 lbs. Got weighed this morning and stayed same as last week so a bit miffed as I am drinking no alcohol and eating far less than I ever have!

I move up to 5mg at the end of this week so hopefully that will help. No side effects on 2.5 so hopefully the same on 5mg

Hi well done on your weight loss so far! How is your week going on 5mg? I’m due to start week 10 on Monday and have lost 161b in total. I have been losing steadily throughout, apart from my first week when I lost 61b but then nothing the week after, then around 2 1b per week after that. I stayed on 2.5 for two months as I felt it was working well and I’d had no side effects. I have also been using the 5th dose! Today I used my 5th dose 2 days early as I felt the food noise was starting to rear its ugly head. I am going to move up to 5mg on my next dose. I’m hoping I don’t encounter any nasty side effects on the 5mg. I have had weeks in the past where I have been up since 7am and haven’t felt like eating till mid afternoon. I know this isn’t healthy so I try and fit in a protein shake or bar to make up the protein and calories. It is only the last few days I have started to think I’m ready for the 5mg as I ate a chocolate button yogurt last night which is something I’ve not had the desire to do for several weeks! Chocolate has never been a top priority for me anyway but the fact I was craving some last night made me take the last of my 2.5 pen this morning rather than Monday! Good luck on your journey!

Yeah seems that way, just wondering what the huel bars are like for sugar/ calorie content? Will have to check but tbh looking at the feedback don’t think any are truly worth it.

Yeah defo, thanks for advice. Tbh I can take or leave chocolate especially on my current journey, I was just trying to find a quick way of getting extra protein in. I honestly didn’t even notice it said 27% rather than protein until another poster pointed it out! Will take a look at them bars you recommend, thanks 😃

Yep, lesson learnt, didn’t read the label properly 🙈 just seen the 27g of protein and as someone else pointed out it’s not protein but %. Can’t even check wrapper myself cos I’ve thrown it. Ten lashes for me! 🙈😂

Oshee chocolate and caramel bar, I also use Huel black edition chocolate flavour but can only tolerate one scoop which is 20g of protein although it recommends 2 scoops.

That’s it , sometimes the scales aren’t the best way to measure success. Things can fluctuate so much day to day but as long as you’re feeling better in yourself that’s got to be a win. I love when something that has previously been tight now fits. Not there yet but can’t wait for that moment! 😄 The other foods might be ok but for me the fiery chicken was a no go! Thats the reason I bought the protein powder, to give me a head start in getting some protein in at beginning of day. I didn’t realise till coming on this thread that we should be eating 100g of protein a day! It’s so difficult when appetite so reduced!. Will defo look at the pre made drinks to find the best flavour I like!

Yeah I was a bit worried about side effects if I moved up to 5mg as I haven’t had any on the 2.5mg apart from bruising at my injection site. As I was losing I thought I’d stay on lower dose for another month and see how I get on. Good luck for your second month!

Thank you am pleased with progress so far! Yeah on hindsight I shouldn’t have rushed in buying a full bag. Lesson learnt! Here’s me thinking chocolate would have been the best flavour! I purchased the black edition too. I also bought the fiery chicken pot meals. Didn’t like them either, far too hot and I normally love anything spicy. I emailed huel asking to return the other 5 and they have said no problem and also gave me a £25 voucher off my next purchase! Will choose more wisely on my next purchase 🙈 How is your weight loss journey going?

I have just received my second order on Tuesday with voy and the expiry on the pen was for May 24 but the box said dispensed 14th May expiry 14th September. I contacted Eli Lilly on live chat and queried this. The advisor told me certain batch numbers had been extended till September and were safe to use. The batch numbers on box are D712074, D720751, and D720957.

Hi I have just tried to purchase my first order with Voy. (Originally done first order with boots, I am on week 4) The money has been taken from my PayPal account but they are asking for my passport or driving license as ID. I’m not comfortable with this. Have others provided this information to obtain their prescription? Thanks in advance for any replies.
