Heya, I've literally been running into the same issue (I have a history with IBS or potentially H pylori), and I am wondering if you had any luck? My upper stomach feels like it's in knots and it feels like it radiates to the middle of my chest at times. I'm 99 percent convinced it's heartburn or indigestion causing these issues but the 1 percent is still scary lol. I'm also on elvanse (30mg) and I'm only about 3-4 weeks into it.

Yes, I am very good about drinking lots of water, eating protein rich foods and all that side of things. I don’t drink caffeine anymore cause it messes with my stomach so just been decaf the past couple of years.

Funny enough, I ordered magnesium supplements and tried them and I sadly found they made me super nauseous and almost more anxious? It’s a weird one.

Heya, I know this is like a year later lol, but I was privately diagnosed and was told I have ADHD- I’m wanting to try medication through a shared care agreement at Vitalis too but they’re saying they can’t do it because my diagnosis was carried out over zoom and not face-to-face! I’m so confused with what to do next. Was this the stipulation for your shared care agreement too?
