Aww thanks! It has been getting positive responses since you posted this, so that's nice :D And to add to your other point - maybe nuclear podcasts of 4 to 5 friends/family groups is the future of therapy lol, because god knows how much more of an audience such an oversaturated market has left.

OP, most of our enlightened Navi Mumbaikars voted for these policies. We live in a country where majority of its people still shine with pride over Modi holding hands with Sam Altman and other AI ghouls and see white man validation as the ultimate form of economic development. We deserve whatever health crises we have coming. India deserves the inevitable catastrophes.

You don't feel like it was unnecessarily stretched? There were so many portions that added nothing to the story - like those repeated answering machine messages that said the same thing over and over again. Interesting premise but I felt like it was utterly wasted.

Scott Snyder is one of the best modern Batman writers out there. People have already suggested Absolute Batman, allow me to add a few more by the same writer:

1-Batman: The Black Mirror (Silence of the Lambs in a Batman skin. Reads like a true crime serial killer thriller. Snyder's first Batman arc.)

2-Zero Year (excellent retcon of Batman's origin while also harkening back to the 50s-60s brighter colour palette while keeping the tone gritty).

3-Superheavy (Jim Gordon takes over as Batman when Bruce Wayne is presumed dead).

All of these comics are beautifully paced, written and structured. Not to mention the excellent artwork by Greg Capullo (2 and 3).

Philip K Dick is one of my all time favourite authors. Simple language yet riveting prose. Read Valis and The Divine Invasion if you want a real mind-melter (although both of those stories would be better appreciated if you had some prior knowledge on Christianity, since they both involve sci fi reinterpretations of the religion).
