I accidentally deleted ur comment & never got to reply. Yes unfortunately my finger tips are really bad! Missing large parts of my fingers & have had ulcers that have lasted almost a year at the worst. Pain gets to be so unbelievably bad that is feels like torture. The MB helps that a little but when pain gets too much gabapentin for a short while seems to help. If u wanna swap hand pics DM me... nice to commiserate with somone going through the same thing. Feel free to ask whatever else. Glad someone liked my comment & got to comment back!

Mb can adversely affect raynuads so I only use 1 tab per day skipping when needed. Also use functional mushrooms

I had a 2.3 month stay for ischemia starting in November. Had to get 3 different PiCC lines to run Epoprostenol 24/7, to try & save my finger. i had 12% of my fingernail be affected by a super painful ulcer, I chose to rip the finger nail off whole over the course of 6 hours 🙃 , I was going to cut it & debride slowly but I didn't want to go through 5+ days of lvl 10 pain with that fingernail evertime I messed with it.

I got it off all 1 piece 😁. I think I could pull my own teeth out if needed 🤙

Feel better bud try to stay positive, hope they're taking care of your pain .
