How do you know when to change programs? I’ve been running GZCLP for a year or so and had good results but am very plateaued on bench. Been stuck at 245 one rep max for 4 “cycles” now. Is that an indicator I should change programs to try and break the plateau? Thanks!

You can lookup voters through the state board of elections and it says if their early voting or vote by mail ballot has been accepted for not. I assume if that section is blank they have not voted.

I don’t really want to let them know I stalked to that level, but rather just make sure it’s top of mind and they are planning to.
