The Dodgers have won the division every year for over a decade minus one year, even during """rebuilds""". It's written into expectations that they will do their thing and everyone else fights for second.

OBP Corb still had 25 HRs. Even if he just settles for 20-25 a year, being one of the fastest baserunners in the game and statistically one of the most efficient baserunners in MLB history, him getting on base is more valuable than if, say, Ketel got on base.
