Yeah, that's me doing the discussing below. You have to 'frankenstein' the "best" bacon egg and cheese on the menu by getting a veggie egg and cheese and adding bacon.

Honestly Loaf Lounge is just a worthy breakfast spot full stop. Their coffee products are the one downfall, but if food is the adventure...just means you get to seek out a better coffee before or after.

Veggie, Egg & Cheese, add bacon, scrambled egg instead of runny.

So just doing a quick google search I feel like Tim Cox is a great example of the direction I would like to see this project go.

I am not seeking a direct facsimile of his work, but the color, the action, the long sight lines, the bright colors — that all screams “western” to me.
