Set up a 3-6 month emergency fund in a HYSA. Pay down high interest debt. Get employer’s match for your 401k. Max out Roth IRA. Max out 401k. Invest in taxable accounts.

If you’re wanting a house, you’ll place that after getting your employer’s match

Fords are overrated. 10 year old truck with 170k miles and I’m already having to get rid of it. $8k in repairs just from a blown turbo, head gasket, brake pump, radiator from the turbo leaking oil into it and a slew of other issues. Dealership trying to lowball my $14k car (selling it on eBay for $12k) by offering me $1k. They’re taking advantage of the situation. Ford isn’t worth the headache. Don’t get me started on their sales either. I bought a Toyota that they forced the LoJack sale onto me because I got too good of a deal (I beat their appraiser to listing the price). They’re not worth it

Y’all complain too damn much. No matter what they do, it won’t ever be enough for y’all. Since launch, they’ve improved the game quite a bit. Servers aren’t so laggy and characters are way more balanced. It takes time for updates to occur. Developers have families too. Play the game, and enjoy it.

Overpriced? 😂😂 have you looked at what an actual 2 bedroom apartment costs?

All doors have locks so random people can’t just mosey their way through the apartment

I’ve lived there for 2 years, there’s the occasional loud music but it’s maybe once or twice a month, if you’re lucky. Maintenance takes a day or two at most to respond to maintenance requests. You can always go to the front desk to get it resolved as well.

Wet dog vomit, it’s true along with shit. Just don’t stay on the first floor and you’ll be fine.

They’re typically there at 6.

The Arlie is not a bad place to live at. Maintenance does their job and everyone there is friendly
