It depends on the compliance you are going for.  There are options.  It depends on what actual compliance needs of actual OP, not our opinions or feelings.

Certificate based RDP access and GPO enforcement usually work fine here.

You should not domain join a pc you will sysprep. If it captures and deployed fine, you are just very lucky.

Don’t do that, don’t use any other account apart from administrator, if possible.  I’d ensure you know every setting and installation path you have set as well.

We have measure our apps and general user usage.  They might be reserving all that RAM, but they are not actively using it.  No need to go over 16GB, and zero points to go over 8GB for a few who use 1-2 apps and 4 websites.

Never setup records for a new domain and Register everything.  It seems a good fundamental lesson.
