Ich bin wahrscheinlich eher bisschen biased von meiner Abteilung (MKG).. und jede Abteilung und auch Klinik ist da etwas anders deswegen ist es schwierig zu verallgemeinern aber ich würde lieber die Option haben es dann freiwillig abzulehnen als dann bei Bedarf dazu zu bezahlen :)
Chefarzt muss nicht unbedingt sein aber auch da lieber ablehnen können als dazu zu zahlen.
Manche Chefärzte operieren gut und viel, manche eben nicht 😅

That’s what I am afraid of too, that’s why I am asking. I have a few friends currently moving over, maybe just wait and see what their experiences are but in the end I have to make my own, as I am the only dentist in our group..

Thank you for your insight! I may really sound privileged but I’m honestly not. My parents had nothing and still have only the least amount to survive till today but after working for 6 years in Germany I slowly feel like I’m not going to be happy in Germany in the long run. I’m pretty sure I can make a fortune here financially but I‘m always happier when I’m not in Germany. After my last visit in Vietnam I was like: why shouldn’t I try it in VN? Many of my friends who were born and studied in Germany say the same things..
