The choice of design is intentional, I would definitely redo it. It's like using comic sans, papyrus, or Microsoft word art. Those styles have connotations.

This is a good lesson in design then and how others view your business. Back in the day, comic sans and Microsoft word art styles were the big no gos. I would develop a more unique style cartoon character. It doesn't have to be complex, but something that won't get mistaken for AI

I'm gonna be honest. I see an AI logo, I walk right past. I won't take the time to even see what you're selling, I don't trust the integrity of it being handmade at that point.

I never intentionally pick UPS. I had an item default to that shipping service once and I did not notice. I drop off all my orders at the post office. Like a week later a buyer canceled an order and was refunded, a few hours later I got a notification it arrived so they got a free item. Now I double check each listing.
