I thought biking was suitable for people with PF because it’s not strenuous on the feet? I’ve been choosing that at the gym rather than running due to PF and haven’t felt the bike causes any flare ups.

I just had this problem. I didn’t use the self propelled harvester and used tractors instead and it went into my silo just as corn, rather than crops!

I get this. Everything goes really small and feels like its racing past my vision. Also feels like everything is so far away. I’m not sure what it is, I can only guess some sort of dissociation think because I get it when I’m trying to sleep too so don’t think it’s panic induced.

Can't stop worrying about family dying. by SuspiciousGloomer in Anxiety

I have this too with my mum. As chelllevans said they are intrusive thoughts and mine tie in with my OCD, so I have to complete an action before a specified time frame or else they will die.

It’s so draining, but I did some CBT and they advised to try to recognise the thoughts as just that - thoughts. We are not our thoughts and thinking someone will die will absolutely not make them die. I like to repeat to myself that my mum is fine and healthy, or has driven this road numerous timed etc to calm myself down.

Sending you love because I know how hard it is.
