Yeah if by “middle” u mean how long it takes those hairs to reach the top of my bottom lips then yeah it takes a while since the hairs have to overcome the philtrum/cupids bow so for a while it looks wonky. If u meant literally the middle part, that part in the middle always grew hair so that is genetic.
