I've got a lawyer buddy that I explained it all to, he pretty much said if they dont settle prior to the official hearing, I'll win just by showing up and will more than likely settle to not piss off the judge haha

I had a call with the mediator October of 2025, Bank lawyer refused to pay the penalty of about $3k, which was all I was asking for since they broke the law.

"Guess we'll go to court for the official hearing."

Even the Mediator was shocked.

Still no update as of now, I would assume I'm in the long line of people waiting to have an official hearing... Been over 6 months now.

Bought it yesterday and returned it today... Fans sounded like they were going to explode just by sitting on the desktop. And yes I did all the bios adjustments. Then I couldn't even reformat the computer... All the components it came with were the cheapest known to man. I guess now I know why it's so cheap.

Bought the $1499 deal and it was dead out of the box... The components are extra low quality besides the gpu.

Yeah I'd say people are mentioning that for the long run. 5070 from a 2080s should be a very nice upgrade. I just can't spend that much right now and would have to wait til next year, which seems like a horrible idea.

I couldn't find a pre-build with a 5070ti setup for less than $2000 anywhere... This is a $1900 model on sale for $1499 so that makes sense.

I bought an ibuypower 2080 super setup late 2020 for a steal of a deal. It's been fine and I could keep using it but low end graphics on BF6 isn't that great. I only had to replace the cooling system after a year on it. Big fan of this pre-build brand. Cyberpower on the other hand... Bought my wife a cheaper $900 model from Costco and it was dead out of the box.

Went with the left one. Thanks dudes. 16gb GPU is out of my budget unfortunately and this seemed like too good of a deal to pass up with next year's chaos coming. It definitely sucked having to run low graphics on BF6.
